Transport conditions for the transport of luggage

Luggage transport takes place every day between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Orders must be sent by an email. Each order is usually confirmed within 48 hours. In the order confirmation, customers receive a booking number, a list of the customer’s accommodation facilities between which the customer wants luggage to be transported and the total price for the transport. Once the order is confirmed by a customer, they will get a PDF-invoice by email.
Customers will get labels for their luggage at the first accommodation facility on their route. The labels with a booking number on them must be tied to each transported piece of luggage. In case of not receiving the label from the accommodation provider, please write the booking number on a piece of paper and put it on your luggage. It is important to realize that, most likely, you will not meet the driver who will transport your luggage, so, please ensure your luggage is labelled properly. Please inform the personnel of the accommodation facility about the location of your luggage and their number, prior to leaving. This will prevent uncertainties when picking up your luggage. The driver picking up your luggage will check the number of items, booking numbers, or names on labels, and use one colour to mark pieces of luggage with the same booking number so as not to confuse them with some other transported pieces of luggage.
Luggage is usually transported between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please hand over your luggage for transport by 9 a.m., even if you are about to leave later. Your luggage will be transported to the next accommodation facility by 5 p.m. Personnel of the next accommodation facility will confirm with their signatures the receipt of the luggage and the delivery time. In the case of unexpected events, your luggage may be delivered later than 5 p.m. However, we will inform you about that by a text message if your phone number has been included in the order.
Each passenger, having the luggage transport service ordered and paid for, can request the transport of one larger suitcase up to 20 kg and one smaller hand luggage or a backpack up to 10 kg. The payment for the luggage transfer is usually made by a wire transfer, so please order the luggage transport service on time, so your order can be processed, the payment made, and the service made available. On rare occasions, it is possible to make the payment in cash at the accommodation facility. Such a payment, however, must be arranged specifically and in advance because you might not meet the driver for the whole period of your stay and in such circumstances you may not be able to make a cash payment to the driver. A specific time and place would have to be arranged so as not to interfere with the logistics process.
We do not bear the responsibility for valuable items stored in luggage. For the safe transport of some valuable item (such as a camera, a camcorder, a tablet, a notebook, jewellery, or cash), please, hand it in separately to an authorised person (personnel of the accommodation facility), who will give it to the driver together with luggage to prevent a loss or damage. Valuable items will be then be handed directly to the personnel of the next accommodation facility.
